Alhamdulillah (All praise be to Allah)- By the grace of Allah, we have selected to choose our next newly going to built Home on Mar 2013 and selected our proposed unit on April 2013.
To sign the Option to purchase (OTP) on May 2013. That's all for now and to wait upon paying the first 10% of amount for another 3 to 4 years to complete the building. In Sha Allah.

After getting few announcements from HDB and FB's, we have followed up with HDB on our date of key collection.
Yes, we got the letter to collect the keys on 25 Aug 2016. Masha Allah (As per Allah's intention)
On that day, we went to HDB Hub at 2:15pm - registration - sign up for fire insurance (minimum coverage) and proceed to Level 2 for our number to call.
After many procedures and signatories, got the key with HDB Goodie bag and whole lot of documents.
Yes, we along with children collected our basic items from our home and take a ride to new home.
Yes, this is the first day of opening our new House...
After we had a brief look at the units and return back to home to arrange with ID contractors.
After reviewing 7 contractors with regards to cost, track records and recommendations from well wishers. Based on 3 levels of consultations, confidence of info and track records, we have finally decided to go with Coos Design and Concepts.
He managed to finish the work so early within 4 weeks as scheduled.
